Please note that once the fee has been paid, it will not be refunded for any reason.
The primary reasons why the fee is non-refundable are as follows:
- When members register their matrimonial profiles on our official website, the profile is saved on a secure server. Our Sanstha incurs significant costs for such secure servers. However, our Sanstha does not charge additional fees from registered members for this service.
- To provide members with secure online services, our website requires multiple third-party services. For example, substantial costs are incurred for secure online payment related services, SMS alert services, email alert services, horoscope matching services, and salaries of offline employees. However, no additional charges are levied in exchange for these services from the fees collected from members.

फी नॉन रिफंडबल का आहे, त्याची मुख्य कारणं खालील प्रमाणे आहेत.
- जेव्हा सदस्य आमच्या अधिकृत वेबसाईटवर स्वतःचा मॅट्रिमोनी प्रोफाईलची नोंदणी करतात, तो प्रोफाइल सुरक्षित सर्व्हरवर सेव्ह करण्यात येतो. आणि अशा सुरक्षित सर्व्हर्ससाठी संस्थेला मोठा खर्च करावा लागतो. मात्र त्यासाठी संस्था नोंदणीकृत सदस्यांकडून वेगळे चार्जेस घेत नसते.
- सदस्यांना उत्तम आणि सुरक्षित ऑनलाईन सेवा देण्यासाठी आमच्या वेबसाईटला अनेक थर्ड-पार्टी सेवा घ्याव्या लागतात. उदाहरणार्थ, सुरक्षित ऑनलाईन पेमेंट संबधित सेवा, SMS अलर्ट सेवा, ई-मेल अलर्ट सेवा, होरोस्कोप मॅचिंग सेवा आणि काम करणाऱ्या ऑफलाईन कर्मचाऱ्यांचे पगार या सर्वांसाठी मोठा खर्च करावा लागतो. मात्र सदस्याकडून घेतलेल्या फी'मध्ये या सेवांच्या मोबदल्यात कोणतेही अतिरिक्त चार्जेस आकारले जात नाहीत.
