What does 'Grievance' mean?
Grievance means any issue related to the service which has been availed by the consumer from the Marathi Vadhu Var Suchak Platform and members is seeking resolution for the same.

The member shall provide a "Unique Profile ID" with name through contact us page to get answer from grievance officer.
"Customer Support" and "Grievance Officer" shall take all the best endeavors to resolve the grievance as expeditiously within the timeline as prescribed in the applicable laws.
A Grievance will be considered as closed and disposed-off and in any of the following instances, namely:
- When the any member is communicated by Consumer Support / Grievance Officer / any other person associated with the website and offers solutions to its grievance.
